MDS Blog hop, woohoo! 2 more days of school!

Wow, hard to believe that school is over! This past week is a blur.
Getting ready for my BOGO Sale on Friday and Saturday, Swim class on Sunday, groceries, laundry, cleaning, etc... I am NOT a fan of having hubby work on week ends :(
Yesterday was my monthly quick card class... which, in my mind only, was not until next week... Oopsy! Got it done and they were cute cards... Pics to follow over the next couple of posts!

So this brings us to today's hop! This is what we (monkey and mommy only) did to celebrate Fathers' day, lol! He made me (kinda) supper!

I totally copied Catherine Pooler's card for this one.  She calls them "KISS" cards which means "Keep It Simple Stamper"... I love them!!!! I love how Catherine make cute videos on how to make these and she does it on a fairly regular basis too!

Peaceful Petals Thank You!

Happy Sunday! I spend a big chunk of the day today trying to put this card together!  Why? I had my flowers all coloured in and no layout to make them pop!  But nothing that a good bag of sweet treats couldn't fix, lol!  So this is the final result :) I always find it hard to use colours... What can I say, I am a "Crumb Cake Card Base" kinda gal ;)

Saturday was my monkey's 10th BD!!!

It all feels like a dream, lol!  I just can't believe that my monkey is 10! WOW!
This card was done by my Friend Dusty and she swapped it out at our last team meeting at the beginning of May.  I didn't want to share it earlier this month because my monkey snoops a bit too much and I knew that it would be "the" perfect card for him!  Whenever we see a book about Minecraft, he just has to have it :)
So I only needed to add the Birthday wishes stuff inside and the age info :)
