Time for that MDS Blog HOP!!! Woohoo!

And what HAVE YOU been up to ;)?
This was my vision... To turn THIS into a home decor element for my entrance using my banner post from earlier this month.  The idea was to use one of my projects (thanks to Sam) and recycle it for my home :) the little bump on the road, my laptop is not back to it's old ways (still have lots of figuring out to do ... )
Until i get all my fonts back :(... I won't be able to complete this one. I plan to write Home Sweet Home in a fun font, then finally put that e-cutter to good use, lol!
This will be my back ground, then I will use vinyl to cut out the letters then adhere them onto the window of the frame.

Thanks :)

all kidding aside, this was the fastest card to make... Evah!!!! It took me at the most, 3 minutes (including cutting time :)
I love how everything just coordinate!
I was looking for a quick, easy project where I could finally use my "Stampin' Chalk Marker" without showing too much of my handwriting ;)  Not that it's that ugly but lets just leave it at that, lol!

Revamp from a picture on Facebook!

I wish I could send you back to where I first saw this but all I can say is that it is a case from a talented person that shared it on Facebook.  If I remembered correctly, she was using an exclusive stamped image to thank her team members :)
My 'revamp' is not an exact copy as I do not own the stamp set she used... but, I used the sale-a-bration "you're lovely" stamp set and embossed it in Black EP and then coloured the flowers using the Crisp Cantaloupe and Pistachio Pudding markers.  Turned out super cute (which is exactly what I was looking for)  I might also have changed the embossing folder used (can't find the original post and am relying solely on my memory... ), added a layer and pearls.

SAB 2014 Heartfelt Banner kit....

Another way to use this wonderful banner kit is on a scrapbook page or simply tweak and add as a decor element to your house :)  I have a few of these shadow boxes left in my stash of goodies and just never know when is a good time to use them :)  I have been looking at the banner kit and this is something that just came to me ...
