Easy Sponged rose Birthday card

This was really fun to do... I used the Rose Garden Dies and Sponged the cut out to leave an imprint of the Rose shape (same technic as you would do with a stencil)

Now, you might notice that there are a few differences between this picture and the video version, reason is super simple... I moved the Big star on top of the moon and added little ones one the blue ink stains! See, never say mistakes.... it just adds originality, lol!

Another easy one!

Last month's cards were all about keeping it simple and more masculine themed :)
The "train" was cut using 3 sizes from the Square Collection Framelits. The bigger piece is glued to the card front, the middle size one has one thickness of dimensionals and the center piece as 2 layers of dimensionals!

Going Nuts with Blendabilities :)

THis was so much fun... A few weeks ago, a fellow demonstrator of mine asked me to step in a nd teach a technique class using blendabilities.  I said YES of course... this looks hard but is so easy.  just remember that you will need to practice on a blank piece of paper to get the feel of the pens and let them do the work.... just let them blend (can you hear the areo chocolate bar commercial, lol!?... let it melt ;)! )
Any who, it was fun, they each made 2 of this card and also learned that these fun markers can colour rhinestones too!

SAB 2014 Heartfelt Banner kit....

Another way to use this wonderful banner kit is on a scrapbook page or simply tweak and add as a decor element to your house :)  I have a few of these shadow boxes left in my stash of goodies and just never know when is a good time to use them :)  I have been looking at the banner kit and this is something that just came to me ...

Woohoo! how fun was that :)  This is the 'Fall' version of a flip card.
I kept it simple but added a bit of technique to it .  This was the last card made at the Big Shot club.
